I had need of auto body repair and after calling and going down the same day Jeff explained the process and that he had an auto rental on sight. I was so impressed. I made an appointment and they kept to the repair time and everything went very smoothly. Very friendly, answered my questions and I would definitely use them again if needed. The entire process, from beginning to end, was seamless and transparent. The customer service provided was excellent, and the team was readily available to assist me over the phone on multiple occasions. They expertly managed all the insurance documentation. Upon receiving my vehicle, all our prior discussions were reflected in the car, including my decision to pay the difference to retain Mopar headlights instead of aftermarket ones. The new bumper was an original brand, fit perfectly, and the color match was impeccable. This is a truly remarkable shop, characterized by its friendly, considerate, and professional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend their services, giving them a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

Had the unfortunate bad timing of being in the way of a fender bender with 2 other cars, minding my own business and -this- is what I get...LOL  BUT being the damage was done.. Justin Lisk my State Farm Insurance guy told me about Rapid Collision, and he did not lie,  they are GREAT!  Everyone I dealt with was so nice and super kind and patient.  Ended up with a short term rental -only- because my car was just in the shop from Monday morning till Thursday afternoon...seriously just a hair over 3.5 days!  AND they washed it and wiped the interior....I was SO pleased with the level of work done on my car, and the respect shown to myself and my husband, I would suggest them to ANYONE!
